The California Girl Katy Perry
This doll like California girl had been thru a lot before she tasted
success thanks to her songs California Girls, I Kissed a Girl and Hot ‘N
Cold. She is from Santa Barbara and was born on Oct. 25th in the year
1984. Prior to entering the industry, she was brought up and raised in a
disciplined Christian community. She has a tattoo on her left wrist
“Jesus” to prove it. Her Parents are both evangelical Christian pastors.
Her 1st album was self-entitled Katy Hudson that is her real name and it
was a Christian pop album. She decided to change her screen name to
avoid confusion from the actress Kate Hudson. Her second album was a
failed trend in the year 2004. She also had another album named one of
the boys.
She loves cats and he owns one named Kitty Purry. She once had a photo
shoot that she has to have a chimp on set. It peed on her that made her
take a bath in the middle of the shoot.
Many people liked her song “firework”. A very inspirational song and in
addition the music video was perfect. Her new one was very nice paired
with Kanye West on the music E.T.
